Membership Payments: Remember that your TempoFit membership operates on a subscription basis (except 6-Week Specials and TempoFit Online), meaning your payments are made automatically unless you cancel them.
Changing Membership Options: To change to a new membership plan (i.e. move from monthly to 6-monthly payments) please see the options below. Click on your desired option and your current membership will be refunded when you purchase your new membership, so it's okay to change at ANY time (you don't need to wait till the end of your prepaid period). Nice and easy.
Cancelling or Pausing Membership: If you want to take a break from TempoFit or to finish your membership, visit My Account and scroll down to "Membership Level". Hit the cancel button just below "TempoFit Full Membership" and then confirm the cancellation. Your TempoFit membership will finish at the end of your current prepaid period.
E.g. If you are paying 3-monthly and cancel 2 months after your previous payment, your TempoFit membership will stay active for another month and your next payment will be cancelled. OR If you are paying monthly and cancel 17 days into your current prepaid month, your TempoFit membership will stay active for another 13 days and your next payment will be cancelled.
Re-Starting Membership: Starting up your membership again after cancelling is easy. Just purchase your TempoFit membership option (either monthly, 3-, 6- or 12-monthly) at https://www.tempofit.org/auckland/ using your previous login details.
