Running isn’t a walk in the park, well it kinda is, just a little faster … but there are a few things we’d like you to agree to by purchasing a TempoFit product, membership or training programme.
TempoFit Conditions
I agree to participate in any TempoFit training programme at my own risk or my child’s own risk.
I accept full responsibility for any injuries, ill health, loss or damage to my or my child’s property and/or person that might occur during and/or as a result of my participation in a TempoFit programme or use of product.
I will not hold TempoFit, its owners, its employees and coaches nor anyone connected to TempoFit in any way liable for any such injury, ill health, and/or loss or damage to my property and/or person.
I understand the risks of high intensity exercise and have medical approval for participating in such exercise. At in-person and group workouts, I or my child agree/s to follow TempoFit safety instructions and understand that TempoFit workouts are always performed in open traffic environments where I or my child must take the usual care and give the usual consideration toward other pedestrians and vehicles and to obey all road rules.
I understand that this TempoFit booking is final and non-refundable with the exception if I have to pull out of an in-person or group training programme due to injury or illness and want to withdraw from that TempoFit programme, TempoFit will refund half my membership fee when in the first half of the training period and one quarter of my membership fee when in the third quarter of my membership. Beyond the three quarter mark in the training period there can be no refunds. For TempoFit Kids, if your child is absent due to injury or illness, please let us know and we will be sure to credit you for that session in the next term (to help us with budgeting purposes, these credits only last one term).
I understand that TempoFit reserves the right to cancel or postpone any group fitness season if insufficient numbers are reached for that season or for any other unforeseen circumstance, in such a case the members will be given a full refund if the season hasn’t started yet and a half portion of the membership price in the first half of the training period and one quarter of the membership fee when in the third quarter of my membership. Beyond the three quarter mark in the training period there can be no refunds.
I understand that memberships and purchases are non-transferable. I understand that I purchase all digital downloads according to international copyright laws and agree to not transfer these downloads unlawfully to any other person or publish them online or elsewhere for use other than my own private use.
