Made with the beginner to intermediate runner in mind, TempoFit’s head coach Hayden Shearman, will guide you through the dos and don’ts of running fast in this listen-as-you-run audio tool.

Download it to your phone of MP3 player and get ready to fall in love with running fast! Play it when you are ready to go running.

You’ll begin with a 12-minute jog warm up, allowing you to jog to a suitable location to do short 15-second bursts of faster running.

Suitable for all runners, whether slow or speedy, newbie or old-timer.

When NOT to use this workout: Don’t do this workout within two days before a key race or after a hard workout or race (allow a day-per-mile-raced of recovery after a key race before doing this workout). And, of course, when your medical professional has told you “no faster running”.
