We’ve provided these free training plans so that everyone can have a good shot at achieving their running goals, but we also believe the best approach is to get a coach and have them write a tailored plan specifically for you.
You can either do this in-person in Auckland or via our Online training from anywhere in the world. From just $10 per week, you’ll find the prices are really reasonable and we throw in lots of goodies like TempoFit tees, online training community and support, weekly video core and stretch routines, and race entry/gear discounts.
