With just six weeks until Queenstown Marathon and summer just around the corner, it’s time to get that running seriously on track! And, to do just that, we’re holding a free running technique and drills session at Logan Park.
When? 5:30-6:30pm Monday 10 October
Where? Logan Park (athletics track), Dunedin
Who for? Runners of ALL abilities
What do I bring? Your running gear, plenty of excitement for transforming your running and a buddy or two!
Mon 10 Oct is the first day of our Late Spring 6-week season (this is the one that specifically targets all distances of the Queenstown Marathon). So if you’re keen to check out TempoFit with a free taster session weld love to have you join us.
The workout will be a mix of easy-paced running, drills (which we will teach you), technique training, 200m reps and core and conditioning. And there’s absolutely no obligation to sign up for the full season after attending this session.
It’s for runners of ALL abilities—slow or speedy, experienced or newbie, there’s a spot with your name on it at TempoFit!
