With just six weeks until Auckland Marathon it’s time to get that running seriously on track! And, to do just that, we’re holding a free running technique and drills session at St Heliers.
When? 6:30-7:30pm Monday 19 September

What do I bring? Your running gear, plenty of excitement for transforming your running and a buddy or two!
Mon 19 Sept is the first day of our Late Spring 6-week season (this is the one that specifically targets all distances of the Auckland Marathon). So if you’re keen to check out TempoFit with a free taster session weld love to have you join us.
The workout will be a mix of easy-paced running, drills (which we will teach you), technique training, 200m reps and core and conditioning. And there’s absolutely no obligation to sign up for the full season after attending this session.
It’s for runners of ALL abilities—slow or speedy, experienced or newbie, there’s a spot with your name on it at a TempoFit!
